I directed the UX for a program in collaboration with IBM and Community Colleges aimed at fostering skills development in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. This initiative creates a mutually beneficial scenario: students gain new skills and the opportunity to earn IBM badges, while IBM's network of young, skilled professionals expands.
