I led the design of the MVP for our global pricing tool, engaging in interviews with key stakeholders to grasp the business requirements. Our goal was to develop a pricing tool enabling users to create objects encompassing the detailed products and services required by customers, with the flexibility to adjust inputs as necessary. These inputs are synchronized with backend pricing formulas accessible to admin users only, resulting in editable pricing tables as the end output.
