IBM Workflow Manager
Led the initiative to develop a new application facilitating streamlined publishing across over 15,000 IBM products and services in which I functioned as Product Owner, UX Researcher, and UX/UI Designer. Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to gather requirements, as well as user interviews to inform design decisions. Engaged in daily collaboration with engineering to collect technical requirements and brainstorm ideas for workflow creation. Devised a solution allowing users to create custom "pipeline" runs for publishing, offering flexibility in run order and configuration. Implemented a notification and messaging system to enhance team communication. The platform integrated permissions and synchronized with user-defined transformations for output production. Gathered feedback from over 100 users on the initial prototype and swiftly finalized designs based on input.
